Elisa: the AI social media manager for doctors and clinics.
Doctors record short answers to their patients' questions with their phone. Elisa turns the raw clips into ready-to-publish educational videos and posts them to the doctor's own TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube accounts, only after the doctor or the clinic approves each video.

How it works
Each doctor or clinic gets its own Elisa workspace and connects its own social accounts. Nothing is ever posted without an explicit approval.
Upload raw clips
The doctor drops videos from the phone into a shared folder. No editing skills needed.
Elisa edits
Transcription, subtitles, branded graphics and five weekly formats (patient questions, myths vs facts, where I visit, behind the scenes).
You approve
Every week the clinic reviews the videos: approve, or ask for a change in one line.
Publish to your accounts
Approved videos are posted to the doctor's own profiles, with the privacy and interaction settings chosen at every post.
TikTok integration
Doctors connect their own TikTok account with Login Kit and publish with the Content Posting API. Elisa asks only for the permissions it needs:

video.publish | Direct Post: when the doctor presses «Post to TikTok», Elisa publishes the approved video to the doctor's own profile, with the caption, privacy level, comment/duet/stitch settings and commercial content disclosure chosen by the doctor in the post screen. No default privacy is preselected. |
video.upload | «Send to TikTok drafts»: the doctor can send the video to the TikTok inbox instead, and finish editing and posting it inside the TikTok app. |
Before every post Elisa shows the creator's nickname and privacy options returned by TikTok, the Music Usage Confirmation (and the Branded Content Policy for branded content), and the post status afterwards. Doctors can disconnect Elisa at any time from TikTok (Settings → Security → Apps and services) or by asking us.
Built for medical communication
- Every video needs a human approval before it can be published.
- Captions never contain prices, dates or promises that the clinic did not confirm.
- Each clinic's accounts, videos and statistics are separated from the others.
- We never ask for social media passwords: accounts are connected through the official login of each platform.
